The apartment is very comfortable and in a great location. Worth the price.

The apartment is super clean and all the furniture is pretty new. It is really nice. The air conditioning is great. The location of the apartment is right near so many restaurants and shops. The Cathedral is a 2 minute walk.

The apartment we rented (the cathedral) was on the 4th floor and there is no elevator. Nothing the owners can do about it, but if you have lots of a luggage be prepared.

Wonderful stay.

Coded entry system for arrival/departure. Location in center near Cathedral. Historic district. Friendly locals/business operators.

No lift/elevator. This is an issue for the elderly or those traveling with elderly pets.

Very Good

Lovely apartment. Clean rustic feel. Felt a bit dark at first, but there was plenty of alternative lighting. Very comfortable.

The main door to the building required a code, but we found it did not lock. Code access is easy but feels a bit less secure.

Can't wait to come back!

What an AMAZING location! Great property with the right mix of "old" Strasbourg location and new IKEA amenities! Can't wait to come back! And we will return to this address if possible.

We had 4 coffee drinkers and ran out the first day....admittedly, it is a bit of an American addiction. Also, a paper towel supply would have been appreciated. These are relatively minor points for a great stay.

Location was perfect, Hosts communication was very disappointing.

Location was fine, communication with hosts was awful.

The air conditioning did not work for our stay, it was very hot in the apartment and as we were in a central location above a restaurant we could not leave windows open due to the noise for the children. We contacted the hosts but they just said they would need to call an engineer. We also had trouble finding the apartment (It is very central with no vehicle access) We called the hosts around our expected arrival time and no one answered. The only way to communicate is via Booking.com and you need Wifi for that to work properly.

Very good location, very hygienic, highly recommended

Everything was great, except the universal remote of tv which was not functioning properly and the tower-type speaker which was not working at all.

Flat is above the restaurant, which was a bit noisy with shifting table/chair early in the mornings.

Good Location Apartment

Location is near the Cathedral and restaurants. It have basic kitchen utensils which enough for cooking.

The property is located in the third floor and there is no elevator. It is quite hard to find the entrance to the building. The air conc was not really cold.

Beautiful place in a beautiful city

The location is spot on for all the sightseeing spots, such as the Cathedral, Boat trips, museums, galleries etc. It was easy to get in since it is code controlled. Comfortable and spacious. Quiet. Close to the restaurants, coffee shops, bakeries. Wonderful to have the window open and listen to the music playing in the square and cathedral bells. Saturday market is beautiful, antiques, flowers, fruit, vegetables. Just a beautiful place.

The hosts left a bottle of champagne in the fridge, which was nice of them, but it would have been better if they provided sachets of tea or coffee and milk, since the kitchen had the facilities to make them and since we arrived late, we didn't know where the shops are to buy any. Other than that, we were absolutely happy with everything.

Very enjoyable

Location and character of the property. The keyless system is practical for 4 people.

There was a nail sticking out the floorboards that I stood on twice with bare feet. Also the apartment above us has a party and the noise kept us awake our first night.

Charms you to visit, convinces you not to come back

Probably one of the best located rooms on the market.

The room was far from being clean, especially under the extra bed where masses of hair balls were gathered. While it looked nice at first sight, the whole renovation was done with poor materials and lousy craftsmanship. In the sauna the bucket to get water was broken. Sitting in the toilet crammed between the heating and sink was not ideal. While it sounded like a premium accommodation with sauna it turned out to be the apartment to convince me that I will never return to a privately held room but I’ll rather stay in a hotel. The host was not an example of hospitality when I had trouble checking-in. While he was right that he did send me the details per mail that mail landed in my spam and therefor we had a very awkward conversation where he implied I was at the wrong place, and had no reservation.

The location.

The location... Location and location.. It was perfect!.. In the middle of everything, yet with soundproof windows, so very quiet at night!.. Accessing with the code to the building and to the apartment was very easy. We didn't even meet the owners for the keys but they answered all our mails very quickly so the communication was very good. The only down point would be having just one toilet/bathroom because we were two families sharing the apartment but we came up with a schedule and it went well. There was no lift, so being on the first floor was perfect!.. If you have upper level room, I don't recommend big luggage... There is also a shared toilet in the entrance of the building, used by the customers of the restaurant downstairs. It was also good in case of emergencies (you know what this means when you travel with children!). If I have to summarise in one word: Perfect!..

Excellent location! The apartment is very comfortable and very well equipped. It was also very clean.
